Domestic Shipping

* We process and ship orders via USPS Priority Mail Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). On average your order should arrive between 3 to 5 business days.

            * Orders under $50            $5 Flat Rate

            * Orders over $50               Always Free Shipping

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details as well as the tracking information for your package.

Please note that It may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our offices for tracking information to appear.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping via DHL to the following regions: Canada, Western Europe, Japan, and Australia 

 

            Canada                                $30

            Western Europe                   $35

            Japan                                   $35

            Australia                               $35

DHL does not ship orders to P.O. Box addresses.

DHL orders should arrive approximately 2 to 6 business days after the package ships.  

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties; these additional fees are the customer's responsibility. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival. Please contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

There will be additional charges for oversize or overweight items. We reserve the right to change our shipping prices at any time.

* For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

* If you are sending a gift and would like us to remove the invoice from the package, please send us an e-mail immediately after your order is placed at customercare@sloaneandtate.com.

Return Policy

We will accept returns of bras and tees for items postmarked within 14 days of date of delivery. All items exceeding the 14 day return policy will be offered store credit.

 All underwear/bottoms are eligible for merchandise credit only. We do not offer returns for these items.

Only merchandise that is returned in its original or sellable condition (unworn, unwashed with tags intact) will be credited.   

Note: Sloane & Tate will not be held responsible for lost returns.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. We will notify you via email as soon as the return item(s) are received.   

We will refund you in the original form of payment (original shipping charges are non refundable)

We have the right to deny refunding credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

International Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately Sloane & Tate cannot accommodate international refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your Sloane & Tate  bra or tee purchase, we  offer exchanges for these items within 14 days of receipt. For exchanges, please send us an email at customercare@sloaneandtate.com containing your name, order number and a description of the item you wish to exchange.
